A dishonest buyer was given a refund by me after claiming the item wasn't received. After asking him for confirmation so I could claim against Royal Mail he became abusive and finally admitted he had 'found' the item but denys I have refunded him despite me sending him a copy of the paypal receipt. He will not pay me the money. Ebay won't help and all I get from Paypal is automated email responses which do not help. I cannot find a way round this in the resolution centre and I have heard the expensive phone calls are also automated. I am at my wits end..PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP,,,,,!!!!
