I've had this problem for a week now, and have called paypal to unlock my account once already. Before this all happend, I was trying to change my password as part of a routine. I was asked to complete the process by giving my 'Full Account Number'. It showed me my last two digits, and I was certain that what I typed in was correct, but apparently not. I gave the account number shown on my savings account that ended in the two digits shown, but it did not work. I've seen a lot of posts similar to mine, but there are no solutions. I am asking for the format of the 'Full Account Number'.
