Hello, We are trying to add our accountant as an additional user, but cannot get past the User ID section - we simply want the user ID to be something logical like Accountant or Accountant1 but keep getting an error message, stating that the User ID must be 8-16 characters long. Therefore we don't understand what we're doing wrong. Please advise on correct format of User ID, Best regards, O

Hi, I sometimes have to raise refnds for products that are set up as both part payment and annual recurring payments. Raising these refunds is a bit of a faff and i was wondering if there is a better way? At the moment I use the basic search to find the initial order date, then serch back to refund the part payments made, then cancel the future part payments and recurring payments. Is there a quicker way to find all these payments in 1 place? Thanks

Thanks very much. I thought I'd tried this yesterday and it didn't work, but it's worked fine today, so must have made a typo.
