Hi,   I've set up some additional users and limited them to Request Money, Refunds, Cancel Payments, View Balance, View Profile, Edit Profile, Discuss account with Customer Service.   These money-moving privileges do not require user identification or authorisation.    The problem I have is with the current privileges they cannot suspend or cancel recurring payments.   Does anybody know which additional privilege I need to grant them to allow them do do this?   Thanks ... Hi,   I sometimes have to raise refnds for products that are set up as both part payment and annual recurring payments.   Raising these refunds is a bit of a faff and i was wondering if there is a better way?   At the moment I use the basic search to find the initial order date, then serch back to refund the part payments made, then cancel the future part payments and recurring payments.   Is there a quicker way to find all these payments in 1 place?   Thanks ... I've set up 3 additional users to my company account.   How do they actually log in?   When I log in it's email and password, but when I added the users it didn't ask me for their emai addresses?   Thanks ... View more
