Yesterday, I was sent a payment from a seller on Ebay for an item that I never received. However, when I checked my Paypal account, my account has not been credited, but there is a button that says 'Issue Refund'. I don't understand, what this is, as I am the person being paid. I don't want to click on the button, in case I lose my payment? Can someone explain? Mike
