23 hours ago, someone paid me $30. So soon after i went to buy something on steam for $25. So when i clicked continue purchase on paypal, it gave me an error: ''We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now''. So i tried to purchase on the browser, using firefox, internet explorer and google chrome.. All bad luck. Then i tried if i even could pay people in general. So i tried sending my buddy's paypal $20 but yet again, same error. We tried on almost 5 different emails but no luck. I tried sending lower amounts like $10, this time it worked but after i wanted to send another $10 it failed. This paypal account is fresh made and has as far as i know no limitations. No email was sent to me about it so.. If someone could help me that'll be great. Thanks in advance. P.S. I dont use a credit card, the account is unverified.
