Hello, A UK customer has bought an item on ebay and I receive an email telling me the money has been sent and to click on the link to claim the money. I click the link and it takes me to my account summary but my account shows no sign of the money waiting to be claimed. The customer has done this twice, cancelling the first time and I am still waiting for the payment the second time. This is most frustrating for both of us. Similarly, I bought an item on ebay and sent payment, however it has gone unclaimed by the recipient so I cancelled it. Anyone know why recipients are not receiving their money? Simon
