Sorry i did receive the tyres i ordered, its just the refund for the second payment of the bike thats the problem, i dont know how best to go about it. The seller seemed like a genuine, honest person and im being very patient but im starting to think he has no intention of refunding my money? Really not sure how i file a dispute with paypal for this?
