I won a bike on ebay and went to the persons adress and payed cash on collection, a week later i purchased a set of tyres for the bike through ebay and payed with paypal using my phone, somehow i managed to pay for the bike again via paypal and also payed for another item i had already collected and payed cash for. I contacted both these sellers on the 12/05/13 via email and text message, one of them refunded me the next day and the chap who sold me the bike got back to me and said he would refund me right away, i spoke to him again on the 16/05/13 because there was no sign of any refund in my paypal account, he said he had done it and it shows as pending on his account, he told me it takes ages now because paypal have changed their refund policy. Again i contacted him on 28/05/13 because i still had not received a refund and nothing was showing on my paypal account, he said he would chase it up but ive heard nothing back yet, is there anything paypal can do to help or do i have to go knocking on his door?
