Please help. I am a new seller to Ebay and did not expect to have to deal with this. I don't know what the protocol is for issues like these. I sent the item to the Buyer and provided a Tracking #. Tracking says -- Item Delivered. But, the Buyer claims to have never received the item. I asked her to contact USPS about this problem as I feel that there is not much for me to do at this point. I also asked her to get back to me once she has word from USPS. I don't know if she's just pulling my chain or what, but I like to deal with people in good faith and give them the benefit of the doubt. But she has been from the onset pretty hard to deal with. What do I do?
