There is a solution to the problem but it does involve work from yourself and having to re-confirm your bank account.
'PAYPAL*ABILLANCELI' is picked up from the bank account being registered with the word 'Limited' included.
To sort the problem out you would have to remove the bank account from your PayPal and then re-add it. This time adding it with just 'Abillance'
Here’s how to remove a bank from your PayPal account:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account. - Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page. - Click ‘My money.’ - Click ‘Update’ beside ‘Bank accounts.’ - Click ‘Remove’ next to the bank you want to remove. - Review your account information, and then click ‘Remove.’
Here’s how to add a bank to your PayPal account:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account. - Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page. - Click ‘Bank Accounts’ under ‘Financial Information.’ (Don’t see this step? Follow the instructions below.) - Click ‘Add.’ - Enter the requested information and then click ‘Add Bank Account.’
Or
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account. - Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page. - Click ‘My money.’ - Click ‘Update’ beside ‘Bank accounts’ and then click ‘Add.’ - Enter the requested information and then click ‘Add Bank Account.’
It should then show up as 'PAYPAL*ABILLANCE'
