I would call paypal, since you are getting questions from the buyers.  We never heard from paypal or ebay to any of our requests for help.  The buyers never contacted us either when we questioned them as to what was showing on their account.  We eventually opened unpaid item cases on them.  Neither buyer responded to the case and we were refunded our final value fee.  We have not had any issues since then "knock on wood". ... I would not have considered not refunding the buyer?! it was not their fault the concert was cancelled either. To have refused to refund them would have been totally unacceptable. The whole thing is down to Pink cancelling and as a result thus far i am about £60 out of pocket! Ebay have not yet refunded either.. Certianly wont be keen to use ebay or paypal ever again for any transaction which may not be totally concluded within the 45 day period ever again!!! ... View more

I would contact your card issuer if it was back in November and try and claim for a charge back/fraud claim  I would do that sooner rather then later. Why on earth have you left it so long!?! ... View more

Wow a costly error, You have to unfortunatley cover yourself in this day age from possible fraudsters by always getting tracking on an item you wouldnt want to refund on. As the above poster said I personally tend to do it on items over £10 and charge my postage accordingly ( £1 extra) and state on listings goods are sent via signed for delivery or courier.   Sending £150 to singapore via non trackable service is madness, and I do really feel for you.   Unfortunatley if it had been trackable and still lost you would of had to refund the buyer anyway, but you could of at least claimed then from royal mail.   Fraid with this one I would give myself a kick, and let it set you up for future sales. Just remember to always cover yourself, for the sake of a bit of extra postage its piece of mind.   Hugs Hunny though I would be devastaed myself to.xx ... View more

Have you checked through your corresponding dates on your paypal account? if there is no transaction in your paypal account I would advise your bank that that the 2 transactions are fraudulent payments, thats if your 100% sure they are paypal payments.   If you find the payments in your paypal account, check the details and if you are still none the wiser You need to open a case in the resolution centre for unauthorised payments and add as much detail as possible. The other party who took the money will need to respond with details and where the item was posted to etc. If nobody responds or its proven its a fraudulant transaction paypal should refund you.   Its probabley a good idea to report to your bank anyway. They may cancel your related cards to, and issue new ones. ... View more
