hi i think its unfair that after 45 days i can not get a refund for a faulty pc tablet that worked when i received it but then stopped completely after 2 months i didnt know it wasnt going to work after a short amount of time ive tried contacting the seller but he just wants to charge me £15 for a replacement one or £15 for a new battery ive already spent £68.69 on the tablet and another £8 on posting it back to him for him to tell me its faulty and i need to pay £15. i tried reporting him to trading standards online via consumer citizens advice but apparently this was stopped on 31 mar 2013 so now i have to wait til mon to phone them feel like im going around in circles. my stepdad paid for it with paypal but his account is unverified at the moment there should be a paypal resolution procedure for things like this because sometimes especially with electrical goods 45 days is not long enough !!!
