Exact same issue I'm having.  My old card expired and was deleted, but now I can't add my new card with the same number with a new expiry/security code.  Worse part is Paypal phone support doesn't seem to be able to override any of those checks, and there's no one else to talk to for help.   I understand why they would want to flag the old card as invalid, but I think their verification system is broken since they don't take expiry/security code into consideration. ... Paypal can't/won't add my credit card

Apparently Paypal can't or won't allow me to add my credit card because it has some record of an old credit card with the same number that expired.   That is, at one time I had a credit card on my account and it expired so I removed it from my account; later I tried adding the card back with it's new expiry date, but it won't take it anymore.  I tried calling Paypal but the help desk people have no more access than I have when it comes to adding my card; the number is being flagged as expired (regardless of the actual expiry).  No joke, they said I should get a new credit card number and that should work; like I want to change dozens of other places I use my card just to add it to Paypal.   Has anyone else had this issue?   Is they anyone else that can help at Palpay that can just override whatever is blocking my card and re-validate / add it? ... Dispute has been open for 3 months without any pro...

I opened a dispute at the end of Febuary for a transaction that I did not authorize (I recieved a notification that payment was sent to an unknown recipient).  I opened a dispute immediately to cancel the payment.   CaseID PP-002-216-432-338 has been stilling in an open status since Feb 22 2013 without any visible progress or feedback on next steps.  If I change the view, it doesn't show up under 'requiring you action', 'awaiting other  party's response' or 'being reviewed by PayPal'.   What's this ticket waiting for?  How do I bump it along?   DRM ...
