I need to pay a cash deposit in dollars. i was going to send the money using the friend and family option via my linked account, as this only involves bank charges. The recipient, however, has raised an invoice. If I pay that using the paypal link will it still let me use my bank account at no charge or will it automatically use the paypal conversion rate?

I need to pay someone cash in dollars. I see that I can pay them as a friend using my linked bank account. This does not appear to invoke any Paypal fees to me, just my normal bank charges for conversion to dollars. The recipient has, however, raised a paypal invoive. If I click on the paypal link on the invoice will I be charged paypal fees instead of my bank charges?
