Here is a *possible* solution I am trying now. I propose that you have the seller manually send you a Paypal invoice (charge) to your email address. To do this, however, they need your email address. Ebay, however, blocks you from sending the seller a message with your email address, so I am trying this workaround. Let's imaging my email is "helloworld[at]hotmail.com." Assuming that were my email, my message looked like this: "Dear [Seller], The website still is not working. Can you please send a manual invoice through Paypal, to my email address? My HOTMAIL email is helloworld." Give that a shot and see what happens. Perhaps it will work. I am seeing now.
