I would firstly recommend that you contact your bank to see if they may be able to give you a copy of the old card number. As we do not store your full card details we would be unable to provide you with this information. Also your card number may be printed on an old bank statement.
If you are unable to get the above information then I would recommend that you contact us by phone. There is an option to contact us without verifying the details on the account however we would look for verification once you have reached one of our customer service team. We can then assist you in removing the card and adding a new card to the account.
