I have an unverified bank account with which I no longer use or have the card for. This is registered to Paypal but has not been verified. On trying to make a purchase I need to add a new card to my account, but cannot do this as I have already reached the maximum number of cards that you can. I cannot verify the bank account in order to remove a card or the bank account without the card details, which I no longer have as the card is gone. I also cannot add or remove cards or new bank accounts without the card details. I have not been able to email or telephone Paypal to rectify the problem without the card details either. I cannot even close the account without the card details. It is not possible for me to get the card details as the card was lost and replaced a long time ago. I no longer use the bank account and need to provide an alternate one in order to continue using Paypal. Can you please suggest what I should do to fix this problem?
