This might not seem like a big deal, but it is to me... Some idiot used my email address to set up their PayPal (UK) account, and I have no idea how to stop it. Ordinarily I'd just mark it spam and be done with it, but I am actually a PayPal (US) user, so I don't want to do that. I have contacted the less-than-helpful PayPal "support team" multiple times, and they offered no help. I feel like I need to try to hack into the offending person's account to actually get some attention from PayPal (make them realize that this might be a security risk), but I'm not that type of person. Can anyone make a suggestion as to how I can get this account closed, or at least stop sending me f-ing email?? I can't log into the account without knowing the associated bank account number, and of couse customer (non) service won't help either. Really annoying!!!!! I can't even contact the dolt that set up his account wrong...because it's MY EMAIL!!!!
