Hi everyone Im new to this and need some help. I have a concert ticket that I had to sell all of a sudden so someone offered to buy it from off a craigslist. Well I set up a pay pal account and I dont know when to ship the ticket, does the person pay me first before I put it in the mail and if so is there anyway they can cancel the payment after I mail it to them?
