Hi all. I received this email yesterday, and I have no idea what its on about, I have not signed up to anything that I know of with Paypal. I have sent what I thought maybe phishing emails in the past to Paypal, at one time they would aknowledge your email and let you know, so it puts your mind at rest, now they just totaly ignore anything you send. I have complained about this, but once again they have not even had the courtesy to reply. here is a copy of the email I have received, can any of you members shed any light on it.
