I recently filed a dispute against a seller. Fortunately, we have worked out everything before hand and now we both agree to sending back the item. As the paypal dispute escalated to "Buyer must return the merchandise", it requests a tracking number as proof for the shipment I am sending back. But this is when the problem arise, there is NO WHERE in the resolution center, inside the payment found in Activity , or in my email will it let me put in tracking number in (I have looked over and over too, will include screenshots of what it looks like). And the dispute is forced-close in a week if I don't provide a tracking number. And the seller is only being compliance when paypal dispute is going against him. So I don't think they'll do a refund the second this dispute is forced-close. I'm not sure this is a bug but this can be exploited to scam people without consequences.
