Hello, I am new to paypal and have tried to send a donation to a site using Paypal and I get the following error: ----- You cannot use this credit card for this transaction. Please use another funding source. You will need to add and confirm your bank account. Once your bank account has been added and confirmed, you can continue this payment. Add your bank account information below. ------ I have tried 2 different cards, with 2 different banks, and still no luck. I have read the help topics, but nothing seems to fit from what I can see. Any help would be appreciated. Also, my son uses the same type of card/bank that I am using, and he has never had this problem. He has been using paypal for years. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
