Okay, seriously, so all of a sudden, just because I move to a new home, PayPal wants a picture of my SSN Card (which I don't have at all anymore), a picture of my ID (which doesn't have my CURRENT address listed obviously) and a picture of a bill with my name on it (All of the bills are in my GFs name, so obviously this is impossible). So here is my huge dillema: I haven't had my paypal debit card in a year or so because I tore up all of my cards when I was finally out of debt, and unfortunately I did not MEMORIZE this number, as I didn't think I needed it anymore.   Well, I didn't know I needed to enter this card number to change my primary email address on my account. Why is this even a "security measure"? I have logged into my account, with my password, and am able to send and receive money once logged in, that's cash changing hands, and I cannot change my primary email address? Really? I need to change this address and no, I don't want to wait for PayPal to send me another card. My old email address doesn't even work anymore, I cancelled my account with my old provider so it is no longer valid.   Please help! ... View more
