Have you tried editing the address on the card that is registered. This should sort it out for you.
Here’s how to change your billing address:
Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
Click 'My money'
Click 'Update' beside 'Debit and credit cards.'
Click 'Edit' next to the card you would like to edit.
You can choose a billing address that is already registered on your account or you can enter a new one.
Enter your information, then click 'Save.'
