If I remember correctly, when I first started selling on ebay and receiving payment thru Paypal, they placed a 21 days hold on the money until the buyers gave feedback and Paypal knew I wasn't trying to rip them off. To find out if and how much money is being held or in reserve: Log in to your PayPal business account. Click My Account near the top of the page. Click Pending Balance under the PayPal Balance section. On this page, you’ll also see a list of transactions that are being held or are under review. If this doesn't apply to you.
