Actually if he has a bank account attached to paypal, should be free for him to withdraw. There is a high fee because paypal needs to convert the money and also some fees for international transfer. But it should be faster than using western union ec. ... View more

Payment Received but says "We have no shipping add...

Since yesterday, i have been getting a lot of these.  I tell people my paypal and they send me payment for item. They send it as "goods" and choose their shipping address, but when i receive the payment, says "   Seller Protection Not Eligible Protection for items not received Transactions without a shipping address aren't eligible for seller protection. We recommend that you contact jeff sullivan to make sure this payment was authorized. For more information, see our tips to sell securely.   We have no shipping address on file."     Anyone know if its something wrong with my setting?  I have been receiving payments for years so i know that you have to choose "Goods" not service, and scroll down and pick an address.  And my buyers knows that too, but about 4 out of 10 payments i'm receiving since yesterday been having this problem.  I called paypal and they say its just the sender not picking a shipping address when i KNOW they picked one.  I even refunded couple of them and told them to send it again and its still the same.  What fixed it was when i invoice them directly and they send and the address shows up. Anyone know how to fix this cause its very inconvient to receive payments for item but not knowing the shipping address to send them to. Hi, i think its a server problem.  I was priniting shipping labels for a lot of the payments i made and i got an error message saying UPS could not be contacted at the moment, and then couple minutes later, i was getting error message about transaction not existing etc.  And then i logged in and relogged in and now suddenly there's only like 4 out of 100 recent transactions left on my account.  Also i tried to click on transaction ID of shipping label i printed out but it says they don't exist.  I believe there's just a server problem and it should be fixed by tomorrow morning. its Sunday midnight so no one is probably monitoring the syste.  kinda **bleep** since we won't be able to ship things out til probably tomorrow morning.   ...
