Hi I'm quite new to selling on eBay, I sold an item back in February of this year it's was a psp console for a rather large amount, I received prompt payment from the buyer and an email from them regarding the transaction! I sent the item special delivery to the address on the paypal details and added the tracking number of the parcel onto the eBay information! I have now received a notice to say the amount is being held as there is a dispute this is the message i received! 'You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorised by the PayPal account holder. Here are the details of the transaction we are investigating' I have provided details of the address the item was sent too, the tracking number, the time date and signature the item was signed for to paypal and sent the email I received from the buyer! The item states that's it's eligible to as I've checked in regards to the seller protection. How long does a claim take to resolve and I want to ensure I'm covered under the seller protection as I have complied with what paypal has stated! Can anyone help please
