Sorry to hear about the frustration that is causing you. 😞 Even though the money is ultimately being withdrawn to a prepaid card, it's still, from our system's point of view, going to a bank account. That withdrawal typically takes about 3-5 business days to complete. So if you started the process on the 24th, today is probably the first chance it would have to complete (with the 25th being a holiday and all that).
If it's not there within the next couple of business days, please give us a call and we'll see what's happening with your account.
