I live in Canada and have had a Canadian confirmed Paypal account for about 10 years. I have a $30 cash balance. I want to buy some aquarium supplies from US suppliers to ship to Niagara Falls NY but BigAls online and Pet Mountain both say "this merchant does not accept non-US paypal payments. Can I open a US paypal account? or Can I change my existing paypal account to a US one? If neither of these is possible what do you suggest? Thanks Brucemcl777
