For over a decade I always paid from my balance with no issues.  I made sure the settings are set correctly because now it is taking funds from my bank account even though I have a balance.  Recently I did change banks and set everything up with that.  It was doing it before that.  Like when I go through ebay checkout it only gives my bank account option now.  I have $137 in my Paypal balance.  If I choose this it takes from my bank account. I had someone file a dispute with me but I didn't follow up in time and lost the dispute, but I never knew I nedded to respond because I didn't know it was happening because I was never sent an email about it. THey sent me an email after I complained with this line in it We  notified  you  of  this  claim  and  the  timeframe  to  respond  on  January    ##,  ####.   You  were  also  sent  reminders  to  respond  to  this  claim  on    February  #,  ####,  and  February  #,  ####. I didn't remove the numbers that is how they sent it, with # signs instead of the dates, is that "F"ed Up or what?  I always check my spam and it was never in there, and I recieve emails when people pay me with no problem.
