PayPal is a challenge, as for Dell Support, you have to understand how the system works and know the tech terms, else the Dell Techs will destroy your operating system with their canned troubleshooting process. Been a Dell person for a quite a long time, once you understand how they troubleshoot, you can work with the system or basically use it to your advantage. Rule one, always use email for your conversations, the rest is easy. HP also has some great systems. Much better than in the past, specially their All-in-Ones.
