Hello, I am considering buying something from a person who accepts paypal, the amount is big $5-10k, I am concerned, is it possible when seller recieves the money to his paypal, he withdraws the money to his bank and then closes the paypal account, and dont send me the item I purchased? Is it possible to scam like this? I m getting afraid to deal with big amounts due to this reason If thats the case then what will happen if I file the claim? Awaiting reply
