PayPal Community

My account has been limited for a while now. This is, apparently, due to the fact that "I have more than one account" (Which I don't) and one of them has 'engaged in activity that violates our User Agreement' I have messaged PayPal about this twice now and all I get back is a few steps on how to remove it. Apparently there should be a table of 'Steps to Remove Limitations' But I don't seem to have one or can't find it?? Can anyone help me or am i going to have to call Paypal? ... View more

I got an email the other day saying someone or me has been using my account from a different place. That would be me, on my phone. Had to verify my details. Got another one today, had to do the exact same thing again. I do NOT wanna do this every time I make a payment from my eBay app on my phone! Never got this before until the other day.
