This site is hellish to figure out....but I'm here now and have a strange situation.   First, I have no cell phone, so I cannot accept confirmations via text (unless there's a way to receive a text through email address.)   I've tried to log in to Paypal Canada, and when I find that they want me to verify that it's me by sending a special code #, I enter that and they want my password changed.   I do this, and then they want me to verify that it's me by sending me a special code #.......see where this is going.  Joseph [removed] is still alive!!!!!!  They won't try calling me on the landline phone # they have, and most times there's no email option....except to send that special code #.     ... There's a similar question ahead of me, but no answers so:  Sure, I received notification that seller was reimbursing me to Paypal  (minus a fee, even though it was they who decided not to supply me with the ordered product).  Apparently, that's all Paypal needs to close a dispute, because Paypal notified me of closing it, but I still don't see my money.   Why isn't the policy to wait till the money shows up before closing--after all, an uncooperative seller might just shut down after making promises they don't intend to keep.  ???? ...
