There's a similar question ahead of me, but no answers so: Sure, I received notification that seller was reimbursing me to Paypal (minus a fee, even though it was they who decided not to supply me with the ordered product). Apparently, that's all Paypal needs to close a dispute, because Paypal notified me of closing it, but I still don't see my money. Why isn't the policy to wait till the money shows up before closing--after all, an uncooperative seller might just shut down after making promises they don't intend to keep. ????
