Hi David, I used PayPal to buy the latest version of Sibelius, which didn't work, so they sent the refund to my PayPal account. This money was then instantly transferred to the card I used to pay for Sibelius. However, I've had to get a new card, so the money is lost somewhere in the ether. Can you help?
