Hello - I attempted to purchase an item through a business's website using PayPal. The payment was never processed by the vendor, and as far as I can tell they no longer operate their account at all anymore - and I have been unable to reach anyone at the company for 3 weeks. Since ordering, I have emailed and called requesting a refund, but have received no reply. How long will my payment remain pending before it is automatically refunded? How can i report this vendor so that this does not happen to other people? Thanks! Alex
