If a payment has been refunded to you and you can see the transaction on hold, this means that the payment is currently being processed from your bank account. A bank funded payment can take between 5 and 7 working days from when the payment was sent to complete processing.
When this payment completes, we will then credit the funds directly to your PayPal balance.
