Once the payment into your paypal account is marked as comleted, they've paid and the funds are cleared. Have you also noticed that Paypal always take their commision before any payment shows in your account then they hold on to YOUR money? Surely if they have concerns about the validity of a transaction and need to hold on to the funds in order to ensure theres nothing dodgy they should be waiying until they're satisfied before invoking their charges. If they take their cut that quick they must already be satisfied that the payment is genuine and that your claim to your money is also genuine!!!!!
