Where's my Transaction Notification? I thought I was having a problem remembering to process my sales, as I was getting customers asking where their order was. Turns out that Paypal has stopped allowing their email notifications to be forwarded to a third mailbox. I use Paypal for my website and when there is a transaction, Paypal sends the notice to my web email. I have my web email set to forward all messages to my home email which is where I have all messages sent, including Amazon. But after four customers complaining, I contacted my webhost and was informed that Paypal does not allow forwarding anymore. So I called paypal and asked if i could just change my email with them, they said yes, only thing is that the email I use for my home is already on my personal account and they can't use it. "huh?" Any other account I have, including Amazon doesn't care what email you use. So, if you are having this problem, or don't know you are yet, I offer my solution. Add your business email account to your email server. It wasn't hard, but why?
