for me the problem is definitely paypal's mobile site. If I use my ipad to withdraw funds it places it under review, if I use my laptop it goes through immediately, without fail. I read a reply from David the moderator back in october that they thought this might be the problem, suggesting people try their computer but I don't understand why there isn't a notice on the top board, it would save people alot of grief. Of coarse it's ridiculous that a company the size of paypal doesn't have a fully functioning mobile site but at least while they sort it out, if people were informed, they could get quick access to their money. Having had continous reviews everytime I made a withdrawal throughout October using my ipad, since I have used my computer I haven't had one review. There's no way that's a co-incidence.
