If they are working from home make them do their job already ! 2 Months ago someone sold something on ebay under my user name....I talk to ebay and they took care of the problem right away but now paypal still thinks it was me and i can't use it till i pay their fees........ It wasn't me Paypal ! so fix the problem already.......where is everyone ?????

2 months ago someone sold something on ebay using my user name.......i reported it to ebay and they took care of it and refunded the money back to the buyer but now paypal is saying i owe them $21.50 !!! On the phone for a hour waiting now and phone will go dead soon !!! Ebay took care of this and i thought paypal did to.........

On my account i can take credit cards as payment but since i only want to take paypal for payment i like to disable credit cards to stop the fee i seem to pay on every transaction...thanks
