Same problem. Customer tried. It hung. Tried different PC. Still hung. Gave me his card info and I have tried in firefox, and chrome, then tried a different PC. Called the company and they escalated it but seem unaware of this problem. I wonder if the company reads these posts. If so, please fix this. When software hangs and gives no response, over and over, it is almost certainly a software issue. PAYPAL - PLEASE FIX IT
