Anybody have any news on this? I've been having the same issue. 4-5 customers are all stuck and every time they enter their info it says 'The card you entered cannot be used for this payment.' We made a test from europe and it worked. The users that are blocked were in the US. I don't know what's going on except I've got angry customers.
