I am getting sick and tired of the way paypal treatssellers. On 3 occasions items I have sold have been damaged in transit. I am happy to refind buyers in these circumstances providing they return the items and I can then claim (with photos of damage) against the carriers. On each occasion buyers were intructed by paypal to return items in order to obtain their refund. None of them did and I have lost a total of £270. I am so incensed by this I am going to take out a claim in the small claims court as this constitutes theft with the colusion of paypal. I volunteer with a childrens charity at a summer camp where we are not allowed to take mobile phones or have access to e.mails due to child protection regulations so am totally incummicado during these periods. Is there a way to contact paypal as I cant find one. What kind of outfit do they run here when they are fightened of communicating with their customers!
