Hi! I have a quick question concerning fees to international countries using Paypal. I am pondering the possiblity of using paypal to send money as a living expense/other for a family member that is living in the Philippines. My questions are: Will any fees occur on me or the recipient when sending money as a "Personal - Living Expense" or "Personal - Other" ? Are there any currency transfer fees? What are the risks?
