This is how we set up employees access on our account but the steps for you might be different depending on which type of PayPal account you have. Once you log in click on Profile Click on "My Settings" In the "Manage Users" section click on "Update" Click on "Add User" Enter in one of the forms of information to verify account ownership Now you should be at the page where you add a new user and decide what privileges they have. One thing to keep in mind, if you have to give them a privilege for them to do their job but you don't want them to have access after the job is over, you can simply delete the new user after they are done and they will no longer have access to the account.
