Flower girl dresses were custom ordered on April 19th, 2012 for a wedding that was taking place on June 9th, 2012. Dresses were received on June 2, 2012 and the colors were significantly different than the custom colors selected by us. Dresses were unusable with only one week remaining and other dresses had to be purchased. We have pics and videos of the dresses showing the glaring difference in the colors. We also have links to the website where said seller buys her material. The color does not line up with the material on the website. We ordered a Mediterranean Blue and the Color we received was more green than blue, glaringly so. The seller has refused to issue a full refund and sticks by her story that it is the color we choose. we have proof otherwise. It is extremely unfortunate we are having to bring this before Paypal. I would like to send additional pictures and video and links to prove our case. The dresses have been sent back today. We are requesting a full refund with the exception of shipping. I tried opening a dispute and claim and unfortunately this seller waited long enough to have these dresses finished that the 45 days were up. There has got to be some kind of protection for those who order custom orders???? Please advise!
