I hope you found a solution to this problem by now. I know that a bank or card usually needs to be on file for any payment to be sent (even if money is in the balance). That would explain why you couldn't send the funds to your new account. The best option here is call Customer Support to see if it's a situation where the money could be manually transferred on our end.
