I set up my paypal account when I was living in the U.S. I used my then American credit card number as verification, etc. But now I am no longer in the US (with no plans on returning) and need a way to access my $$. I tried changing my country settings but learned that paypal doesn't allow that. I tried setting up a new account in my new country and attempted to send the money there, but I can't even do that because I don't have my old credit card number to verify myself. I've sent an e.mail to paypal but they've just sent back a basic info about adding and withdrawing money that has nothing to do with my problem. Any advice or ideas?
